3.3 Legitimacy of Funds

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not free cash — meeting the wagering requirements before withdrawal is mandatory.
• You cannot claim another promotion while one is already active.

• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For live betting, odds may change automatically as match conditions change, and bk33 will not provide any compensation in such cases.

5.2 Incorrect Odds and Technical Issues

bk33 reserves the right to cancel or correct any confirmed bet that resulted from a technical error or obviously incorrect odds. In such situations, the user will be notified and the original stake will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

Bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, closing the account and forfeiting the associated winnings will be at bk33's discretion.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

bk33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a specific weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

VIP tier upgrades are based on the player's overall activity and engagement. bk33 reserves the right to revise VIP membership policies at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming
